Delays in response may affect delivery timelines.

Payments and Fees

1. All services are billed as per agreed pricing as mentioned in the website packages. 
2. A full advance payment is required before work begins.
3. We take payments by card or Bank transfer and can only be made on the details mentioned on the order confirmation email sent and card payments only through website. 

Revisions and Changes

1. We have a limit of revisions as part of the agreed packages.
2. Additional revisions will be billed separately.
3. Major changes outside the original scope may require a new agreement.

Delivery Timelines

1. Delivery timelines will be agreed upon before project start.
2. We are not liable for delays caused by client inaction or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Urgent requests may incur additional fees if agreed.

Intellectual Property

1. Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment
2. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
3. Drafts, concepts, and unused designs remain our property

Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive information without consent, except where required by law.

Refund Policy

1. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced and delivered.
2. Refunds (if any) are at our discretion depending on project stage and work completed.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

2. Loss of business, revenue, or profits resulting from use of our services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

Termination
