2. Non-Refundable Deposits

  1. A full payment by Card or Bank transfer is required before we work on your project. 
  2. Once work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable.

This is because time, effort, and resources are allocated immediately upon project initiation.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  1. If the project has not yet started as per expected.
  2. If we are unable to deliver or cannot proceed with any specific project.
  3. If there is a mutual agreement to cancel the project before significant work has been completed.

Any approved refund will be processed after deducting administrative or work-related costs.

4. No Refund Policy (After Work Delivery)

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  1. Once initial concepts, drafts, or content has been started
  2. If the client changes their mind after project commencement
  3. If dissatisfaction is based on personal preference rather than failure to meet agreed requirements
  4. Delays caused by lack of communication or feedback from the client

5. Revisions Instead of Refunds

  1. We offer limited number of revisions as part of each project
  2. If you are not satisfied, we encourage you to request revisions within the agreed scope
  3. Additional revisions beyond the package will be charged separately

6. Project Cancellation

  1. Clients may request cancellation at any time
  2. If cancellation occurs after work has started, only the unused portion (if any) may be eligible for a partial refund
  3. Completed work must be paid for in full

7. Refund Processing

  1. Approved refunds will be processed within [7–14] business days
  2. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

  1. We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve any issues
  2. Filing a chargeback without prior communication may result in service suspension and legal action if necessary
